We will ask you to fill in all the information YOU think is important for us to know before you walk through our doors. You don’t have to answer every point – it’s optional.
Maybe you have certain wishes or expectations and maybe you’re a bit nervous?
All dentistry is based on trust and expectations, and we will do our utmost to earn your trust and make your first time with us a good experience.
In addition, we are happy to help you transfer your dental records from your previous dentist so that we can best prepare for your first visit.

- VISA Dankort or cash (MobilePay) must be brought
- The meeting time is 15 minutes before
